Crimson is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas while accumulating extensive operational experience in numerous geologic regions, especially in Texas and Oklahoma. The Company currently has a focus on the Western Eagle Ford in South Texas. Management has previously leased over 100,000 acres in South Texas and has drilled over 200 wells, both vertical and horizontal, deploying capital in excess of $185 million. We have been producing hydrocarbons in South Texas from the Eagle Ford, Austin Chalk, San Miguel, Olmos, Woodbine, and Buda formations for over 20 years.
